Blue Lake Camp's Annual Christmas Tree Fundraiser offers locally and sustainably sourced Christmas trees that not only bringing holiday cheer to your family but also make a difference in the lives of deserving children in our community.

We have sold out each year- so be sure to get your pre-order in ASAP!

SAME DAY SALES 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM Saturday December 7th, 2024 at Cranbrook Dodge on the strip.
PRE ORDER PICK UP Saturday December 7th, 2024 10:00 AM- Noon

Please let us know if the pick up date/ time does not work for you. We will try to make other arrangements where possible.

Your tree will be waiting for you on Saturday, December 7th at Cranbrook Dodge on the Strip! We cannot accommodate deliveries. After 12:00 PM we will remove the “hold” on your tree and have it available for same-day purchasers.

Every tree is available "by donation." All proceeds go directly to sending local kids to our summer camp who might not otherwise have the chance to attend. Please do not hesitate to ask us about our Summer Camp Subsidy program. We want to remove financial barriers so that every kid gets to experience the magic of summer camp!

FAQ's

Why do we need you to pre order?
Charlie Willis from Kootenay Tree Farms supports this fundraiser each year by providing Blue Lake with 40 trees at no charge to us to help us raise funds. Additionally, Charlie will give us even more at cost! So, pre- orders allow us to only buy what we need to ensure we can raise the most amount of money to send local kids to camp.

Can I get a bigger tree?
Yes! Just let us know how big! (For reference, The Fire Hall Kitchen and Tap, and Encore trees are from our fundraiser!) If you go that big, we'll deliver!

How much do they cost?
They are by donation. This is to ensure everyone can afford a beautiful tree. If you can give more, awesome! It all goes to the kids.

Can I just come the day of?
Yes! However, all of our pre-orders are tagged an unavailable so it might be slim pickin's!

How do you choose the tree I get?
Our tree are colour coded by size. Pink- 5-7 feet, Yellow 7-9 feet. Whichever size you choose we will put your name on. We will open for pick up at 10:00 AM. If you don't love the tree we selected for you, you can swap out with any other tree of the same colour code. So, early bird gets the best selection.

What if I cant make it to that pick up time?
Please tell us. We can try to arrange something else for you. If we don't hear from you, your name will be removed from your pre-ordered tree at noon and be put into the "same day sale".

I don't need a tree, can I still donate?
