Join us at Blue Lake Camp for 6 days of exciting outdoor leadership activities. Participants will be immersed into the camp magic “behind the curtain” and further develop their personal leadership skills by learning about themselves and leaders around them. The CIT program has a strong focus on effective leadership and the needs of the participant- our campers!

The CIT program has been developed to enhance soft and hard skills related to being a Camp Counsellor. This program is perfect for youth aged 15+ who do not have leadership experience working in a camp setting but would like to gain the skills to add to their resume for the future.

Once you have completed the CIT program, you can apply to work as a volunteer counsellor for the remaining weeks in the summer at no charge.

Prerequisite: Summer or Winter Outdoor Youth Leadership or 40 hours of equivalent leadership development.
